I love what I have read of your books. I dislike the “R” word. My son has Aspergers and I am fully aware of what he goes through. He may be different but he is not less.

I thought you did a great job. I loved CJ’s, too. CJ’s character reminded me of a relative.

I’ve read a few others. It’s obvious when someone knows the subject and when one doesn’t. Both of you wrote authentic characters without minimizing them.

    • Thank you, Denise! My sister was a huge help in writing Mark. She gave me some great anecdotes and steered me clear of some pitfalls. I’m glad it rang true for you!

I enjoyed reading your comments above. It convinced me that I had to read your books. I am a teacher and have worked in a tutoring capacity with several special needs children on a part time basis. I purchased the following:
    Her Montana Hero
    Melt My Heart Cowboy
    The Chocolate Comeback
I am looking forward to reading them. (I’m in the middle of 2 books now) It may take a while but I will read them. Thanks for reminding us about the “R” word.
    Sincerely,
    Linda Menz

    • Thank you, Linda! I hope you enjoy them. My brother works with special needs kids in the school system. It’s a challenging job! Kudos to you!
